Full Job Description

  • Compliance Monitoring provide assurance to the Senior Leadership team, including the Board, that the Skipton Group are meeting FCA regulatory requirements, particularly the fair treatment of customers.

  • You will be completing reviews on a diverse range of topics across the various business areas within the Skipton Group. You will: research and understand the risks and expected controls for the respective team(s) of the review; be open to receiving feedback and oversight; collate your findings into a report; and will liaise with colleagues in the Skipton Group throughout all stages of the review.

  • Your findings help shape Skipton Group wide processes and procedures, which will have a positive impact on both customers and colleagues.

  • Experience working in a Compliance Monitoring or Audit role within Financial Services.

  • CeMAP or equivalent qualifications and/or Financial Planning qualifications desirable but not essential.
