Full Job Description

We are now looking for a Senior Site Operative to join us on a full-time (37 hours over 7 days a week) on a permanent basis., The post holder will be expected to supervise the team, make sure the daily tasks are being carried out, but also expected to carry out Site Operative tasks, minor maintenance and cover where needed.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Good general level of education

  • Previous experience in providing high quality customer service.

  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

  • Ability to demonstrate effective organisational skills.

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines when required

  • Possess good IT skills.

  • Ability to follow instructions, guidelines and procedures.


  • - Capability of demonstrating self- motivation.
  • Demonstrates respect for diverse range of people.

  • Ability to work effectively as an individual, as part of a team and in partnership with others.

  • Ability to work unsupervised and to direct own work.

  • Recognises the need for and demonstrates appropriate confidentiality.

  • Adopts a positive approach to personal learning and development.

  • Hold clean current driving licence.


  • It would also be beneficial if you have:
  • Possess an in-date first aid certificate (willingness to undertake training will be essential)

  • Mental Health First Aid (willingness to undertake training will be essential)

  • ASIST Suicide Prevention Training (willingness to undertake training will be essential)

  • IOSH working safely (willingness to undertake training will be essential)

  • Conflict Management Training

  • Ability to communicate through the medium of Welsh - oral and written
