Full Job Description
- Adopt new digital systems and processes as part of our digitalisation strategy.
- Propose and sell-up the additional work advised through the Vehicle Health Check process.
- Quote & sell Service Plans to retain customers to the group.
- Encourage customer satisfaction feedback via exit briefing & follow-up contact.
- Estimate repair costs and times.
- Resolve any concerns when we suggest repairs.
- Inform and update them on progress or additional works needed.
- Prepare and explain invoices and take payments.
- A Highly competitive monthly efficiency bonus- OTE £33K
Ideally we are looking for an experienced automotive Customer Advisor. But don't worry if you have no automotive experience, a passion for customer service, strong organisation and communication skills, and having a smile are the most important attributes as full training is available via our Performance Academy, with additional online and induction training. - Based on a full time contract of a 42 hour week.
