Full Job Description

As a Site Manager, you'll be working within the Residential Solutions Team, supporting them in the delivery of projects safely and within budget.

Your day to day will include:

  • Lead, manage and develop a high performing, well-motivated team

  • Reporting to the Contracts Manager and linking in with the wider team of Design Managers and Quantity Surveyors

  • Using your operational expertise to ensure risks are identified and mitigated

  • Co-ordinating subcontractors and suppliers in a planned and controlled manner

    Have experience in a Site Management role within the social housing maintenance sector

  • Have experience in planned works to include Kitchens and Bathrooms

  • You hold SMSTS, CSCS/ECS
