Social Media Manager

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our clients social media accounts and implementing strategies to enhance their online presence. Duties:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness

- Create engaging content for various social media platforms

- Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activity

- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner

- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals

- Analyse social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly

Proven experience in social media management

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Knowledge of public relations principles

- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team,

• Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)
