Are you a social media enthusiast with a passion for the UK staycation market and the residential park home industry? We're seeking a dedicated Social Media Administrator within our family business, to join our small team in Bracknell, where you'll immerse yourself in promoting our holiday lodge sales & rentals and residential park homes to a wide audience.
- A genuine interest in both the UK staycation market and the residential park home industry.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands, with a track record of driving engagement and growth.
- Comprehensive IT literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to use creative platforms such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop
- Administration of our inhouse website platforms
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Willingness to travel and represent the company at exhibitions, with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and basic graphic design software.
- A proactive attitude, creative mindset, and willingness to take initiative to achieve results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- You will preferably have a strong knowledge and understanding of social media and digital marketing.
- At least 1 year of experience in Social Media and/or Digital Marketing
- A valid clean UK driving licence is required as we hire a van to transport exhibition equipment to and from the office.
- IT literacy and creative understanding of social media platforms is essential. Correct grammar and writing skills are also essential to ensure success in the role.
- Proficient in Office 365, Word, Excel and Publisher
- Proficient in the use of Adobe Photoshop, Power Point and Illustrator
- Proficient in the use of Canva and Hootsuite
- Background in social media and digital marketing - at least 1 year
- A customer-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work well with a team
