Staff Nurse -Specialist Palliative Care

The post holder is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidenced-based nursing care, working collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.
Assist in the management and organisation of their clinical area and participating in the education, development and supervision of other staff members., Working alongside the staff nurses and other Multi-disciplinary team members you will learn how to look after the complex needs of the palliative care patient as well as supporting the family and support network.

We are looking for motivated, compassionate and enthusiastic staff nurse to join the Specialist Palliative Care in -patient unit team in Ty Olwen., The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
