Full Job Description

We are looking for two inspirational Teaching Assistants to join our staff who will help us deliver our school aims - Believe, Grow, Achieve.

We’re looking for people who will:

  • Support and help to ensure lessons that children find enjoyable and fascinating

  • Help and support the children to be confident and resilient in both their learning and wider relationships

  • Help provide children with opportunities to nurture, develop and stretch their talents and interests

  • Support the children to know how to be safe, secure and healthy, showing excellent behaviour and attitudes to learning

  • Be a great teaching assistant who supports and challenges the children

  • Support our teaching staff to ensure the children all make excellent progress through the carefully and skillfully planned curriculum

  • Help to ensure the children grow in self esteem as they realise their potential.

    Please note that this is a permanent position on a minimum 5 hour contract. The expected hours for the 2024-25 academic year will be Monday - Friday Term-Time only 8.45am until 1.15pm and includes break/lunch duty. You will also be required to work on the INSET days.
