Full Job Description

The role's key responsibilities will include but not limited to: Support for collating, recording, and maintaining technical records including technical log entry recording.

  • Support for the creation, dispatch and check in of scheduled maintenance work packs

  • Support of the monitoring of Sector Record Page returns, hours/cycles data capture and cross-check for validity

  • Support of the monitoring Airworthiness Directive/Service Bulletin status, applicability and compliance. Maintaining an up-to-date list for each aircraft

  • Updating company Centrik platform, ensuring that the latest revisions of Approved Maintenance Programmes, Aircraft certification, all CAMO procedures and documents are to the latest revision

  • Assist Fleet Support Engineers as required using the published Airworthiness Data Review form

  • Carry out duties in accordance with the CAME and the CAW Records work routine, as required and authorised

  • To be able to obtain Security Clearance (SC) / Counter Terrorism Check (CTC) reference

    We are seeking a Technical Records Support Officer working in the Tech Records area of the business as part of our Continuing Airworthiness Team based at Doncaster. This role will suit someone who is eager to enter the industry in a role that offers great progression. The successful candidate will need to be eager to learn and show good initiative. No previous experience necessary, but experience in an admin environment and an interest in aviation will be advantageous., It is essential that the candidate can demonstrate the following skills, knowledge, and experience:

  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills

  • Demonstrate being a team player

  • Good communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Be able to work under own initiative and willing to learn

  • Strong IT skills, demonstrating full competency with Microsoft Office
