  • The role of our Trainee Sales Executive:
  • Assist Senior Sales Executives with customer enquiries, test drives, and vehicle demonstrations

  • Learn about our inventory of pre-owned vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing

  • Shadow experienced Sales Executives during customer interactions to observe effective sales techniques and customer service practices

  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills

  • Collaborate with the sales teams to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment to enhance the customer experience

  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer contacts, follow-up activities, and sales leads

  • Taking photos

  • Stock commenting

  • Key tracking

  • Sales Support- Test drives, Paperwork completion, learning the full sales process

  • Meeting and Greeting Customers

  • Contributing towards the display management

  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including paperwork processing and data entry.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures

  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required, GCSE or equivalent (required)


  • Experience:
  • Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)


  • Licence/Certification:
  • Full Clean UK Driving Licence Held for 3 years) (preferred)

    Working hours for this position will include weekends, and this will be discussed at interview.

    This role will be subject to satisfactory references, pre-employment checks, and the successful candidate(s) may be required to undergo a basic disclosure (DBS).

    Pay: £18,720.00-£21,674.00 per year
