Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working person with a love of cars to work with our Sales Manager as a Sales Executive. We offer a selection of hand-picked premium and performance cars that are prepared to the highest of standards and ready to drive away. A family run business with a 5000sq ft indoor showroom in Buckinghamshire, we pride ourselves on doing our best to ensure that each customer is happy for the duration of their ownership.

The sales role is the main driving force for the success of the company and, as such, demands the highest levels of professionalism and customer service. The successful candidate will sell vehicles profitably and be able to achieve targets agreed with the Sales Manager as well as promote and maintain excellent customer relations by personal manner, appearance and integrity.

On occasion support for logistics may be required and also taking customers on test drives so a clean UK driving license is a must and you will be required to help with general housekeeping to support the business.

Duties will commonly include:

  • Answering sales enquiries.

  • Managing customer appointments and facilitating viewings.

  • Customer test drives.

  • Discussing finance options with customers and processing applications.

  • Managing sales leads throughout buying process.

  • Aftersales customer support.

  • Sharing the responsibility to maintain the showroom and premises to be clean, tidy and well presented.

  • Preparing vehicle adverts.

  • Appraising part exchange vehicles.

  • Promoting of the business and vehicles via social media.


  • Working hours will be 9am until 6pm, Monday - Friday, 10am-4pm Saturday with some flexibility where required (45 hour week).

  • A methodical approach and proactive approach.

  • Maintaining a professional image.

  • Fastidious attention to detail.

  • Communication via phone/email/social media

  • The ability to work on your own and as part of a small team.

  • Punctual with the ability to schedule and prioritise work effectively.

  • Well-presented and polite around customers and visitors.

  • A full clean UK driving licence., Minimum 1 year car sales.

  • Use of social media for business purposes; promotions, sales and marketing.

  • Selling cars on finance.

  • Vehicle photography skills (desirable).

  • Renumeration
  • £23,000 basic with a potential £50,000 OTE a year.
