Van Driver - Stowmarket - 40 Hours

As a Van Driver, you will ensure all customers orders are delivered promptly, whilst providing outstanding customer service.,

• Pick items and load the van as required for daily delivery.


• Coordinate deliveries in a timely efficient manner, and keep records as required.


• Provide excellent customer service and maintain existing client relationships.


• Report any problems that may arise from goods or services supplied by the Company to the relevant Branch Supervisor in a timely manner.


• Collect accurate payment from customers, as advised by the Branch Supervisor, and then keep safely as per procedure.


• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately as required in the course of the Van Driver duties.


• Keep the Company vehicle clean and tidy at all times and carry out regular vehicle checks.
  
  Full UK Driving Licence.


• Structured in approach to tasks with the ability to meet estimated time of arrival.


• Excellent communication skills.


• Confident, approachable & friendly in demeanour with exemplary customer service skills.


• I.T. literate., Delivery Driving: 1 year (required)


Licence/Certification:

• Full UK Driving Licence (required)

08:00-17:00 Monday-Friday (Annualised hours)
No Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday working,
