Full Job Description

  • Manual Handling

  • Organise airline transfer freight.

  • Identify & label freight.

  • liaising with operations team

  • working to deadlines.

  • Collating documents.

  • Organising teams of up to 10 drivers.

  • Reporting to management.

  • Checking Cargo Manifests

  • Working to tight deadlines

  • Liaising with the Operations Department

  • Administer Security Protocols as directed by the Security Manager

  • Ensure that Health & Safety Protocols are adhered to Working Hours:

    You MUST be able to provide 5 years references from previous employment/education, also written explanation for any gaps in employment which are over 28 days. Clean DBS check.


    • The ideal candidate will have experience working within a very busy and fast paced environment. You will need to be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills and work well as part of a team.

    The Individual
  • Must have 5 years warehousing airfreight experience

  • Must ensure correct security procedures are adhered to.

  • Must have a "Can Do Attitude", and be presentable and polite.

  • Must be good at listening and assimilating information and be flexible and open minded.

  • Must be able to work beyond normal hours and do overtime when and if required.

  • Must be competent in driving FLT, manual handling, loading & unloading vehicles.


    • Desirable Skills:
  • Cargo Operative Aviation Security or above (We will provide training if required)

  • ADR Trained

  • Good IT skills

  • Dangerous Goods experience

  • First aid at work

    Job Type: Permanent/Full Time. Salary: TBC - (Depending on Experience)
