Warehouse Team Leader

Envision a life where work and personal commitments effortlessly intertwine, Our Nights Team Leaders have precisely that! Working hand in hand with our Night Shift Supervisor, you will roll up your sleeve and actively contribute to ensuring the seamless operation of our night shift.,

• Monitor the quality of work that our operatives carry out and manage performance.


• Ensure products are handled correctly and in line with manual handling guidelines.


• Complete investigations and rectify any possible discrepancies.


• Take responsibility for administration duties, where needed.


• Provide support with HR functions such as disciplinary meeting fairly and consistently.


• Be responsible for the site s cleanliness and maintenance.


• Keep track of your team s performance and be able to offer upskilling opportunities.
